Rugby
is a market town in Warwickshire on the River Avon with a population of

Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Rugby's economy is mainly
industrial. It is an engineering centre and has a long history of
producing gas and steam turbines. Engineering in Rugby has declined in
recent years, but it is still the largest private employer in Rugby.
Another major industry in Rugby is cement making with Cemex.
