Leamington is a spa town in central Warwickshire with a population of over 45,000. It is split north and south by the River Leam of which the town is named after. Leamington is a popular place of residence for retired people and for prosperous members of the middle-class moving from Coventry and Birmingham and commuting to work. The spending-power of its wealthy residents has led to the development of Leamington as a popular place for shopping.
